This book focuses on the evolving relationship between China and the International Criminal Court (ICC). Dan Zhu is an Assistant Professor in International Law at Fudan University Law School and member of the Chinese Bar. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh. Before joining Fudan University, she worked at the Registry Legal Advisory Service Section and the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court.
